Thanks for reading. My name is Tim and I am your typical (I believe in a good way) dad. I have three fantastic (most of the time) kids, Sam, 14, Olivia, 12 and Micah, 10. I have been married to Vicky for 18 years and if all continues to go well it will be for many more years.
I currently am an ordained pastor in the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America and serve at Christ the King Lutheran Church in Combined Locks, WI. This blog is not a “christian” blog though. I plan on writing about life and how to be intentional in it. At times, that means I will write about faith, but not to convince anyone of anything, but rathe the struggles that come with faith and the joys as well. I will write about money, kids, hopes, dreams and everything in between. I struggle with anxiety so you will hear about that (and perhaps depression also).
I love the Cubs and say that I “bleed Cubbie blue.” You might hear about the first Cubs game I remember attending with my grandma. I wish she could have seen them win the World Series this year.
Thanks for reading this far. As I share my story, I hope you will share yours, either in the comments section, back to me, or better yet, with someone you know, with someone you love.
I almost forgot, I love Seinfeld. It was the best show. if you don’t agree, then you are wrong.
The above picture was taken in Florence, Italy with my wife, Vicky. She has a beautiful hand, doesn’t she?
